Missing Santa Rosa Man's SUV Last Seen March 24 at 7-Eleven on First Street in Napa

Missing man was supposed to pick up his child from school over a week ago. He has not been heard from since, police said.

The Sonoma County Sheriff's Office said a Santa Rosa man who was supposed to pick up his child from school a week ago has gone missing.

Reynaldo Pacheco, 44, left his home in a 2006 Range Rover around 10 a.m. March 24 to go to an unknown location in Napa, Sgt. Shannon McAlvain said.

He was to return in time to pick up his child at 3 p.m., and his vehicle was captured at 2:30 p.m. in a video in front of a 7-Eleven store at 2906 First St. in Napa, McAlvain said.

Pacheco's debit card had been used minutes before his car was captured in the video, and at 2:40 p.m. he called a friend and asked that his child be picked up from school because he was unable to return to Santa Rosa, McAlvain said.

He has not been heard from since, McAlvain said.

Pacheco, who has family in Fresno and Kingsburg, was driving a black Range Rover with a California license 6FHF048.

He is Hispanic, 5 feet 4 inches, 145 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, and has a distinct 4- to 5-inch linear scar on the inside of his lower left ankle/calf, McAlvain said.

Anyone with information about Pacheco is asked to call the sheriff's office's investigations unit at (707) 565-2650.
