FUGITIVE FRIDAY UPDATE: Suspects Arrested

UPDATE: Monday, April 15, 2013, 1 p.m.

--Kenneth Wayne Halstead was arrested Friday. He has been wanted for
felony possession of controlled substance with prior felony enhancement and 4 counts prior prison enhancement.

--Randy Michael Vieu was arrested by Napa Police. He had been wanted on suspicion of felony probation violation on vandalism and committing a felony while on bail.

--Christopher Alan Forbes was arrested April 8 by Napa Police. He had been wanted for felony failure to appear/stalking and threat crime.

--Samuel Francisco Valencia turned himself in at Napa Police Department. He had been wanted for felony burglary and grand theft.

Napa Valley Crime Stoppers are seeking information on the following suspects.

--Kenneth Wayne Halstead.

White male, 48, 5'9", 160 lbs, blonde hair, blue eyes, wanted for felony possession of controlled substance with prior felony enhancementand 4 counts prior prison enhancement.

--Jardiel Paniagua Mendoza

Hispanic male, 25, 5'6", 200 lbs,  black hair, brown eyes, wanted for felony ransportation of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, providing false information to peace officer and unlicensed driver.

--Jessica Louise Myatt

White female, 30, 5'4", 130 lbs, brown hair and eyes, wanted for felony failure to appear/robbery.

--Tyler Dalton Rochester

White male, 20, 5'7", 143 lbs., brown hair, blue eyes, wanted for felony probation vilation/assult with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest and DUI

--Samuel Francisco Valencia

Hispanic male, 25, 6', 235 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, wanted for felony burglary and grand theft.
