Paper-mache masks by artist Diego Marcial Rios featured in Nov Art in the Library

Diego Marcial Rios will display his hand-crafted paper maché masks throughout November at the Napa County Library.  An artist’s reception will be held on Friday, November 8, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Napa Main Library, 580 Coombs Street in Napa. The reception includes refreshments and a presentation at 6:30 p.m. by the artist.
