A fundraiser for the family of 4-year-old Lakai Carlos Narez, killed in last week's car crash on Highway 12, is underway today -- Sunday afternoon -- at Billco's Billards & Darts on Third Street in Napa.

Organizers at Billco's write:
"Come on down to Billco's Sunday afternoon to pay your respects and help raise some dough for the late Lakai Kirk and family. We will have two kegs on the back patio, one PBR and one Racer 5. Only $5 a beer (cash only), and ALL proceeds got to the Lakai Kirk fund.
"Things get started at 3pm and go until the kegs are dry. Also half of all pool table rentals will also be donated to the fund."
