Moving from Southern California to Napa Valley in the early 80's was a blessing. What a wonderful valley to raise my daughter, who will be off to college next year. In the early 80's I was the fitness director for the one and only health club La Cancha. In 1988, I moved into a career as a Realtor yet continued to teach group fitness classes. Currently work for Pacific Union International in Real Estate sales for Napa Valley and my fitness classes merged into the depths of Yoga. Teaching at Exertec, Healthquest & privately.
