When I can afford the payments, my current cell phone number is (360) 202-4401, and at times I have recieved some mail at "General Delivery", Mt. Vernon, WA 98273- but it seems I only get invitations from the Veterans Administration to ask for some sort of "Mental Health" treatment, and at least my Social Security checks the past two months.
