Napa Public Access Cable Television is a non-profit public access cable television organization. Its mission is "toMore stimulate community dialog, enhance understanding of the diverse and various people of our community, and to encourage civic participation." It provides access to video equipment, as well as training and on a first-come, first-served basis offers channel time on channels 27 and 28 to individuals and organizations in Napa County. Help is provided for interested parties who want to produce their own TV show which increases the dialogue on prevailing issues and reaches out to the community. Show ideas may be proposed at the organization's offices on Myrtle Streeet in suite C3.

Napa's public access television station operates on three cable channels. Live and prerecorded local shows and municipalMore meetings air on Comcast channel 28 and AT&T U-Verse channel 99, while channel 27 runs educational programming, in partnership with local school districts. Napa Valley TV is a nonprofit, membership-based organization and offers classes to community members interested in producing their own programs. Despite the Myrtle Street address, the main entrance to the station is on Pueblo Avenue, nextdoor to the Boys and Girls Club at 1515 Pueblo.
