Crossroad Chicken
1830 Fuller Way, Napa, CA 94559

Crossroad Chicken is a unique culinary experience. It is owned by brothers Kevin and Colin Simonson, who both hailMore from distinguished places such as the Sonoma Mission and Acacia Winery prior to venturing into the unknown. After months of planning, the two brothers put their heads together and took the leap when they found the right vehicle for their new venture: a bonified Snap-On truck equipped with its own wood-burning oven. That's right, a real wood-fired oven on a moving vehicle.

Once inside the truck, you'd think you were in a standard commercial kitchen. Now that Kevin and Colin have all the right stuff they are focussed on bringing you their mobile kitchen near you preparing what they call, "down right good food. Real food." But it's so much more than that. The most popular item on the menu is the Chicken and Mozzarella Sandwich served on a french roll with basil aoli and seasonal salad, such as arugala and yellow beets tossed in a light tangy dressing.

The duo get their culinary selection from what's in season and source supply from locally grown farms, who have become somewhat of an extention of Kevin and Colin's family.
