Built in the 1970s, Vintage High is still the city of Napa's "new" high school in comparison with its older rival across town, Napa High. Facilities bonds passed by Napa voters have modernized the school's sprawling campus, which commands a sweeping view of Mt. George and Napa's other eastern hills. A California Distinguished School, Vintage High is a part of the Napa Valley Unified School District, which serves more than 17,000 students in Napa, Y0untville, American Canyon and the unincorporated areas of southern Napa County.
