The Meadows of Napa Valley is a not-for-profit multi-level retirement community. Nestled on 20 acres, the Meadows offers the following levels of care and support: residential (independent) living, assisted living, skilled nursing care, memory care and a variety of health and wellness programs. All accommodation styles are rented month-to-month with no buy-in fees. Amenities in this resident-centered community include meals by trained chefs, a formal dining room, a casual café, bar and hostess station, fireside lounge, fitness center, hair salon, billiard room, library, hobby center and movie viewing room. Services include transportation assistance and weekly housekeeping. Many in-room modern amenities are available, including high-end finishes, new appliances and internet access.

Built in 1987 and 1988, the Meadows was incorporated by the Grand Lodge of California Independent Order of Odd Fellows in 1992. Pacific Retirement Services, through its affiliate Retirement Services, LLC, has managed the Meadows on behalf of the Odd Fellows since 1999. In 2009, PRS/RSLLC completed a major expansion and renovation where the entire existing campus was modernized and updated and many apartments were enlarged. The expansion also added the new Villas building, which houses assisted living and memory care residences.
