The Napa Valley Expo is a state owned entity run by the 25th District Agricultural Association, a self-sustained organization. The day-to-day operations are handled by CEO and Deputy General Manager Joseph Anderson. The Expo is home of the annual Napa Town & Country Fair starting the first week in August. Additionally the Expo acts as a community center where trade shows, rodeos, dinners, dances, fundraisers, concerts, weddings and receptions take place. There is a state-of-the-art Bingo Emporium onsite as well as Napa Fermentation Supplies. Comprised of 31,000 square feet it is a wide open space where many gatherings taking place in wine country. What's more it's located right downtown so visitors have many choices for recreation, dining arts and enterainment. The Expo offers four buildings of showroom space equipped with commercial kitchens. There is the Chardonnay Hall, Riesling Hall, Cabernet Hall, and Merlot Hall, available to rent for all events and offering special rental rates to non-profit organizations.
