Napa Smith Brewery & Winery LLC

Napa Smith Brewery & Winery is located in the old Hakasan Saki factory. The brewery uses a barrel system production and started its first year with 700 barrels and is presently producing 2,500 barrels a year. The four person team is a tight knit group spearheaded by none other than Don Barkley, who started the first microbrewery in the U.S. Special care is taken with base ingredients and color varietals, such as Pilsner, Pale Ale, Bonfire, and Imperial Port. Napa Smith Brewery has a growing national following. The brewery also produces wine.
