City of Napa Corporation Yard

The "City Corp Yard" on Jackson Street is not generally open to the public except during the fall and winter months, when it is used for the non-emergency distribution of sandbags and sand for flood protection. City residents and business owners can fill sandbags free of charge here from 9am to 1pm on the first Saturdays of November, December, January, February and March. For those planning to take advantage of this city service, remember to bring gloves and a shovel.
