Located in the Napa Mill, Celadon is the sister restaurant of Cole's Chop House. The restaurant represents Napa Valley's signature cuisine: Global Comfort Food. The cuisine is American food with Mediteranean and Asian influences. Chef Marco Uribe's story is analogous to the Napa story as well. His is a story of someone who ended coming to Napa and stayed. He started out as a dishwasher. Now a piece of paper hangs in the kitchen of Celadon enlisting people who anxiously await his next batch of chili and butternut squash soup. Celadon is esteemed for Best Outdoor Dining Excellence by Zagat 2010 and got a Top Eclectic Food distinction by Wine Enthusiast 2004. Chef Uribe concocts savory dishes by buying seasonally fresh produce, sustainable fish and natural meats.
