Bistro Sabor is a hip downtown eatery that serves Latin American cuisine. Combining Salvadorian, Cuban, Caribbean, Mexican and Peruvian influences, executive chef Jeff Murphy serves contemporary versions of Latin American comfort food and snacks. The restaurant's casual atmosphere and cafeteria style makes it a frequent stop for the lunch crowd and evening diners alike. Nothing on the menu costs more than $10. The popular Dungeness Crab Quesadilla with cream cheese, leeks and pico de gallo is a delightfully light meal with a good balance of heat and spice. At the bar, local brews such as Napa Smith are on draft, and wine from the family-owned business's very own Ceja Vineyards is available in several varietals. Late night snacks are available, and agave & soju vodka cocktails are mixed by owner Ariel Ceja. DJs perform on some Fridays, and Saturday is Salsa Night.
