More holiday events that anyone could ever want are coming this weekend in the Napa Valley.

Here are some highlights:

Thursday, Dec. 12
A Night in Bethlehem, Napa Churches Christmas reenactment event, (also Friday and Saturday), 7 to 8:30 p.m. each night. 2590 Trower St., Napa.

Yountville Tree Lighting, 5:30 to 7 p.m., Yountville Community Center.

Oak Ridge Boys, Napa Valley Performing Arts Center at Lincoln Theater, Yountville, 7 p.m.

Diego Rivera, Frida Kahlo presentation at Rancho Gordo Open House.

Napa’s Riverfront is celebrating the season with “Joy to Thursdays” from 4:30  to 7:30 p.m. Restaurants, shops and other businesses will have extended hours on these days and offer a variety of specials.

Vintage High School holiday concert, 7 p.m. Napa District Auditorium 2425 Jefferson St., Napa.

"Season of Love" concert, Terry Bradford presents, Napa Valley Opera House, 8 p.m.

Napa Valley College board of trustees meet at 4:30 p.m.

Napa Valley Unified School District board meets at 7 p.m.

Friday, Dec. 13

Half price sale, Friends of Napa Library Book sale, 10 a.m.

Michael Jr. Christmas Comedy Night Benefit, First Christian Church, Napa. 7 p.m.

Garage Band 101 for adults, Napa School of Music students concert, Silo's Napa,  8 p.m.

U.S. Rep. Mike Thompson (CA-05), chair of the House Gun Violence Prevention Task Force, and Reps. Elizabeth Esty (CT-05), Rep. Rosa DeLauro (CT-3) and Eleanor Holmes Norton (DC-At large) will participate in an “Act of Kindness” event in honor of the one year anniversary of the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut. The event will be 1:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, in Washington, D.C. at Martha's Table.

 Town officials in Newtown have urged those who wish to honor the memory of the victims to engage in acts of kindness. Thompson, Esty and DeLauro will volunteer at Martha’s Table in Washington, D.C. Martha’s Table provides healthy meals and education programs to nearly 300 children and youth, along with daily meals and groceries to hundreds of homeless and low-income people. The members will help prepare food for the meals.

 Blind Boys of Alabama, Uptown Theatre Napa, 8 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 14

Santa's Helpers Holiday Gift Faire, Napa Valley Expo, Napa 10 a.m. (also Sunday).

Visit with Santa, at Kolbe Academy and Trinity Prep, Napa Santa Clause, (also Sunday, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.


Sunday, Dec. 15

Santa's on the River, Napa Riverfront, 11:30 a.m.
