Napa River Rock & Stroll Returns Sept. 22

Attention, runners, walkers, strollers and rockers of all ages: Mark your calendars now for the annual, timed 6K fun run/walk along the Napa River, benefitting Cope Family Center's child abuse prevention work, and the open-to-all Finish Line Festival.

Join us Saturday, September 22nd, 2012, for the fourth annual , a 6K fun run and walk along the Napa River Trail. 

Runners and walkers of all ages are invited to “rock” along the Trail from to in downtown Napa.

Whether you are a serious runner or just out for a morning walk, the Napa River Rock & Stroll is a great way to engage in a healthy activity for a worthy cause ~ our children. This year’s run will be timed.

Arrive downtown between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30am for easy parking at the new parking garage on 4th and Coombs streets or the open lot at 3rd and Coombs streets. A shuttle will take you to the starting Line at Kennedy Park.

Race starts at 8:30am sharp! The course follows the Napa River Trail, with views of wetlands and the new downtown Napa skyline, to the Finish Line Festival in Downtown Napa.

The Finish Line Festival is open to the public, so invite your friends and family to come and cheer you across the finish line, then enjoy the festivities with you.

All participants of NRR&S receive a commemorative race T-shirt, food, water, freebies, parking and shuttle, all free with your paid registration.
