If you are interested in seeing Pulp Fiction on the big screen, the new Cinemark in Napa will be showing it this Thursday at 7pm. One time only.
"In celebration of his legendary 20-year career, NCM Fathom Events, Miramax and IGN are bringing Pulp Fiction back to the big screen for only one day on Thursday, December 6 at 7:00pm (local time). In addition to bringing Quentin Tarantino’s masterpiece back to the big screen, the event will feature exclusive interviews and original trailers, handpicked from Tarantino’s personal collection, that have influenced his work."
Winner of the Palme d'Or (best picture) at the 1994 Cannes Film Festival, Pulp Fiction is a high energy thrill with memorable characters, great dialogue and a killer soundtrack.
It also helped revive John Travolta's career and make Samuel L. Jackson a star.
I would be curious to hear from anyone who goes to see it tomorrow night.
Soon you will get to see his take on a spaghetti western with Django! I don't go to theater hardly at all anymore I have a very big screen and a projector at home and a good surround sound system but I still wanted to pass the info along.
I suspect his next movie will be a revisionist 1930s gangster film. Here are some tweet reactions from a DGA screening last week. On Christmas day you can see for yourself. http://screencrush.com/django-unchained-first-screening-twitter-reacts/
