At the Toy Library, families can spend time in the sunny playroom or check out toys for up to a month at a time.

Borrowing age-appropriate playthings from the library saves parents and caregivers money, and also helps with child development, according to a video on the Community Resources for Children YouTube channel.

During the workweek, the center at 3299 Claremont Avenue offers other family services, including:

Assistance with child care for working parents to remain employed or in training or school;

Free child care referrals and information for early care and education of children in Napa County. Referral may include subsidized child care.

Community Resources for Children was established in 1978.
