Napa High AVID Students Thank Teachers With 'Cardboard Confessions' [VIDEO]

Napa High School students in the AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) program thanked the school's faculty, staff and elective teachers, Mrs. Calderon and Mrs. Mulligan, for support "in making college a reality" for the 2014 graduates with a "Cardboard Confessions 2014" video.

AVID's mission statement on the school's web page: AVID is a college readiness system for elementary through postsecondary that is designed to increase schoolwide learning and performance. The AVID College Readiness System (ACRS) accelerates student learning, uses research based methods of effective instruction, provides meaningful and motivational professional learning, and acts as a catalyst for systemic reform and change.
