Buon Giorno, Amici.
  It’s a beautiful Sunday on the vibrant West Bank of the Napa River.  A unique Napa experience. Check out all the great shopping and dining along the West Bank Riverfront Promenade.  Treat your palate to a classic Roman treat of authentic Italian Gelato hand made by Dr. Gelato himself..  It will make you smile because it is no longer necessary to travel to Italy to get the real stuff.  If Gelato doesn’t do it for you, you can have a little Rose’ or Sangiovese.  If you are somewhere in between you can sip on one of out Sweet Wine Floats (Prosecco & Raspberry Sorbet-pictured)

When you are done wine tasting for the day, you can cool off on our shaded patio overlooking the Napa River with a refreshing cup of Limoncello Sorbetto or a cup of Lemon Curd Gelato.  If that doesn’t do it for you, you can enjoy one of our award winning Collese Italian beers (Best Brewery in the World 2012) or a glass of one of Napa’s great wines.

We use  Clover-Stornetta Organic Whole Milk to make our gelato. The fat content of our gelato is therefore the same as a glass of milk between 6 to 8 %.  Ice Cream (by Federal Law) must contain at least 10% Fat. The law also stipulates that a gallon must weigh at least 4.5 pounds. This is to insure that the manufacturer  does not put excessive amounts of air in the ice cream and that you as the consumer gets some value for the money you spend on Ice Cream.
