A bright sunny day on the Napa Riverfront Promenade.  Just another beautiful day in Napa. 

   No Swallows yet but if you listen real hard you can almost hear them flying up from Mexico. They are definitely on their way.
   Sign up for the ” Return of the Swallows”  Contest.  The 10 closest times to picking the time when the swallows return to the 3rd Street Bridge will win a LARGE Frati Gelato. Just pick: the day, the Hour and Minute you think the swallows will return and send it to INFO@FRATIGELATOCAFE.COM.   Only one entry per person is allowed. We will log each entry and name the winners appropriately.   The person responsible for establishing the official arrival time of the Swallows is a Senior County Official Mr. Mark Foster. Only 64 entries so far. Still plenty of opportunity to win.
