What Issues Should State Senate Candidates Address?

As the campaign season heats up, voters in Napa —now part of state district 3 — have the opportunity to define the issues for the candidates. Tell us in the comments what you think should be your priorities, or to remain anonymous email napa@patch.

Napa voters are now part of the newly redrawn Senate District 3. 

The new district encompasses all of Solano and Napa Counties and has parts of Yolo, Sonoma, Contra Costa and Sacramento Counties.

Republican Frank Miranda, a write-in candidate in the June primary, is looking to win the seat against Democratic Senator Lois Wolk who currently represents Senate District 5.
