The following advisory has been issued by the City of Napa.
Advisory: AVOID Soscol Ave N of Lincoln through 6:30pm if possible. Both southbound lanes and 1 northbound closed due to water main break.
Water main break as of 2:25pm requiring the closure of both southbound lanes and Soscol and one northbound lane of Soscol between Pueblo and Central.
Use alternate routes.
Repairs may take 4 hours.
