Videos: Testimony from Napa Pipe Meetings

The Napa County Conservation, Development and Planning Commission held two open meetings yesterday to hear hours of public testimony on the draft environmental impact report for the proposed Napa Pipe mixed-use development just south of Napa's city limits

Video 1: David Mendelsohn of Napa speaks in favor of the proposed mixed-used development.

Video 2: Don Evans of the says the district neither opposes nor supports the development proposal, but has a number of concerns about safety and requests a 60-day extension of the comment period.

After two public meetings Wednesday, the Napa County Conservation, Development and Planning Commission voted 3 to 1 to extend the public comment period by 30 days, until May 2.
