Veterans Day is observed as a federal holiday Monday, Nov. 12.
There will be no mail delivery and United States Post Offices will not be open. Most banks will be closed.
In Napa County, public schools and offices will be closed. County and city municipal offices also have the day off.
In St. Helena, the police department will be in charge of unlocking the skate park Monday, when public works employees are on holiday.
The VINE bus service is running its usual schedule Monday.

In Rohnert Park, Berkeley's Country Joe McDonald will play a concert at the end of the 30th anniversary celebration of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Grove at Sonoma State University, which begins at 3 p.m.
