Napa Valley Register: Council Approves Controversial Apartments
Tuesday's council meeting went past midnight after dozens of people spoke for and against the Alexander Crossings development on Silverado Trail.
It was a long Tuesday night for the Napa City Council, city staff and the dozens of Napa residents who spoke during the council’s consideration of the planned apartment development on Silverado Trail.
According to a Napa Valley Register report, the 25 speakers were about evenly divided in opposing and supporting the 134-unit complex, which includes 27 affordable apartments for low-income Napans.
