Come to find out the "Costco Representatives" that were at the Napa Pipe meeting at the Opera House are not actual Costco employees..They are actually employees of a consulting firm that "represents" Costco and are the ones who go find communities to build Costco and are hired by Project Planners to do just that...A total mis representation again..
