I am the former Chairperson of the Napa-Vallejo Waste Management Authority and of the Napa County Transportation Planning Agency. I have served as Chairperson of the Napa Parks and Recreation Commission. And, I was recently appointed to the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission.
