Meeting Tonight on Downtown Plan
The latest meeting on the Downtown Specific Plan takes place from 6 to 9 p.m. at Blue Oak School on Polk Street.
What should downtown Napa look, feel and sound like in the years to come?
- Two-way traffic on First and Second streets?
- More places for live music and dancing?
- Chain restaurants and retailers?
- A block or two just for pedestrians?
- No more county jail?
Napans have more than one chance to weigh in: The city of Napa recently released a draft of its Downtown Specific Plan, which is open for public comment until Nov. 11.
Tonight at 6 p.m., the plan's steering committee holds its latest at the original campus on Polk Street.
