A master plan for Kennedy Park is on the agenda for tonight's joint meeting of the Napa City Council and the Napa Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission.
Kennedy Park was just approved last week as the new site for a skateboard park.
The meeting will be 6 p.m. at Napa City Hall.
