Highway 12 Closed Overnight Through Saturday
Caltrans is closing Jameson Canyon Road between Highway 29 in Napa County and Red Top Road in Solano County between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. through Saturday. Reported by Bay City News Service.
Caltrans is closing state Highway 12 through Jameson Canyon in Napa and Solano counties overnight this week to relocate underground utilities in advance of widening the highway.
The road will be closed between state Highway 29 in Napa County and Red Top Road in Solano County between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. until Saturday.
Motorists on eastbound Highway 12 are advised to use southbound Highway 29 to eastbound state Highway 37 to eastbound Interstate Highway 80
as a detour.

Westbound Highway 12 motorists should use westbound Highway 80 to westbound Highway 37 to northbound Highway 29.
Local access is available for Jameson Canyon residents and emergency vehicles only.

The California Highway Patrol will help direct motorists who are advised to allow extra travel time. Caltrans also will install changeable message signs.
