Here Comes the Tea Party. And the Green Party. And the Street Party.

The conservative group's national bus tour kicks off in Napa Saturday morning. The local Green Party holds a rally in opposition. And a street festival happens all afternoon.

The Tea Party Express is launching a national "Reclaiming America" bus tour to 29 U.S. cities, and it all starts Saturday at the .

The "Super Rally," between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., is expected to draw large crowds of conservative Tea Party supporters.

Conservative leaders from the national and local Tea Party include radio hosts Jack Armstrong and Joe Getty, who are the masters of ceremonies; Amy Kremer, chair of the Tea Party Express; singer and actor Pat Boone and comedian and actor Jimmy Labriola, who played Benny on the television comedy show "Home Improvement."

The bus tour ends with a debate among conservative candidates for president at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa on Sept. 12. No tour events are planned for Sept. 11.

The Tea Party platform espouses limited government, fiscal responsibility and free markets.

Napan Alix Shants says the group is "pushing an ultra-right-wing agenda (that) threatens the democratic principals of our society."

Shantz and other members of the Napa County Green Party are holding a counter-demonstration in Veterans Memorial Park Saturday, just across the river from the Tea Party rally on Third Street.

Starting at 11 a.m., the "Green Tea Party" includes live music by several local bands.

The Green Party's application to assemble in the park was initially denied by city staff citing a conflict with the evening's outdoor movie presentation.

On appeal, the permit was granted with the understanding that the counter-rally in the park would end by 3 p.m.

Along with the two political rallies, downtown Napa is also hosting the "" festival Saturday from 1 to 6 p.m.

Napa Police have issued a traffic advisory cautioning that some streets will be closed while others are expected to bear heavy pedestrian traffic: See
