Downtown Specific Plan Steering Committee Meeting

On Monday, September 19, 2011, the City of Napa will hold a Downtown Specific Plan Steering Committee meeting. This is a public meeting and is open to all members of the community. The Draft Downtown Specific Plan will be discussed at this meeting.

The Draft Downtown Specific Plan can be found at: www.downtownnapaspecificplan.org. Copies are also available for review at the Community Development Department, 1600 First Street, Napa, CA  94559. 

The purpose of the Downtown Napa Specific Plan is to identify the community’s vision of downtown and provide a strategy for achieving that vision.

The Draft Downtown Specific Plan includes detailed policies, guidelines and development standards for land use, design, circulation and utilities to steer future public and private improvements and development in the Downtown Area.
