Special Project Fund grant agreements with Arts Council Napa Valley, Napa County Bicycle Coalition and the Napa County Historical Society and Napa County Landmarks; joint meeting with the American Canyon City Council; cost-sharing agreement between the County and the Napa County Winegrape Pest and Disease Control District to prevent the spread of Pierce's disease via the Glassy-winged Sharpshooter; resolution approving the proposed Napa Valley Transportation Authority Transportation Improvement Expenditure Plan; presentation on the Napa County Business Incubator (NCBI) and a request that the Workforce Investment Board allocate sufficient funds to help support the preparation of a feasibility study and business plan for the potential development of a business incubator in the Airport Industrial Area; discussion and approval of the Goals and Strategic Objectives developed at the April 9, 2012, Board of Supervisors Retreat; plus consent items.
