• First and final reading and adoption of the 2012 Omnibus Zoning Code Update Ordinance;

• Consideration and possible adoption of the property tax administration fee allocable to public entities in Napa County for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 services;
• Discussion and possible direction on a sales tax ordinance for transportation proposed by NCTPA (continued from last week’s agenda);
