Deadline is Today to Register for June Vote

Do you want to vote in the June 5 election, which includes the three-way race to represent Napa County District 2 on the board of supervisors? Be sure you're registered today, or you'll have to sit this one out.

Are you registered to vote in the June 5 election? If not, you have hours left to make sure you are able to cast your ballot for local, statewide and national office-seekers and two California ballot measures.

If you have recently changed your name, your permanent address or your political party, you are required to re-register to vote.

You can register at the county elections office at 900 Coombs Street, or mail a registration form if you can get it postmarked by midnight.

The form, and a page to check whether or not you are registered to vote, are available at http://www.sos.ca.gov/

For many local voters, the June ballot includes the , which includes part of the city of Napa, on the county board of supervisors.
