Napa County Supervisors are expected to cast major votes Tuesday that could  clear the way for construction to begin at the long-discussed 154-acre mixed use Napa Pipe project.

As we reported previously in Napa Valley Patch, up to 945 homes and a Costco store could be built on the site south of Kaiser Road and east of the Napa River.

The vote is on the agenda for the 9 a.m. meeting. To see the agenda, click here and then click on "see the agenda."
