Calistoga's Wine Way Inn Looks to Expand

Calistoga Planning Commission sets Feb. 13 public hearing.

Wine Way Inn, a six-unit hotel at 1019 Foothill Blvd., Calistoga, is seeking permission to add two more units.

A public hearing on the application will be conducted at 5:30 p.m. on  Wednesday, Feb. 13, in the Calistoga Community Center, 1307 Washington St.

Wine Way Inn is asking to amend a previously approved Conditional Use Permit (U 79-6) to allow two additional hotel units on the property currently established with the Downtown Commercial - Design District.

The property owners are Nicholas and Gillian Kite. The project is exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15332 of the CEQA Guidelines.

Beginning Saturday, February 9, 2013 no later than 12:00 noon the Planning Commission report for this item will be available online at http://www.ci.calistoga.ca.us and at the City Offices located at 1232 Washington St.
