With respect to every item of business to be discussed in closed session pursuant to Section 54947: PUBLIC EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE/DISMISSAL/RELEASE
B.
DISCUSSION OF PROPERTY - Napa Pipe, Harrison Property, 10.2 acres APN 046-370-004 and American Canyon High School, three classrooms designated for possible joint occupancy for college level instruction.

With respect to every item of business to be discussed in closed session pursuant to Section 54957: PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION: Superintendent .

Approval of Certificated and Classified Personnel Documents - Listing of personnel action of employments, appointments, terminations, etc.
B.
Approval of Memorandum of Understanding for the following: Agreement with Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Rudd and Romo Law Firm for legal advice and legal services on matters relating to public school districts, as requested by the District.
