Woman Arrested for Beating Man in Napa, Police Say

Amber Anguiano, 28, was jailed Sunday afternoon on suspicion of assaulting a man Saturday night, causing serious injuries requiring him to be treated at Queen of the Valley, according to Napa police. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

A 28-year-old Napa woman was arrested shortly before 1 p.m. Sunday on suspicion of domestic violence with injury, according to a shift activity log released by the :

Officers were called to where a male victim was being treated for serious injuries from an assault that occurred in the 2100 block of Locust at 8PM yesterday.

An investigation revealed the suspect, Amber Anguiano, a 28 year old Napa Resident, had battered the male during a domestic argument. 

Officers located Anguiano in the area of Walnut Street and Old Sonoma Road where she was arrested for the listed offense. She was booked at Napa County Jail.
