Woman Arrested, Accused of Using Meth With Child Present on Republic Ave.

A 38-year-old Napa woman was arrested last week for suspicion of willful cruelty to child, possession of concentrated cannabis and controlled substances on the 1100 block of Republic Avenue, police said.

Brandi Hill was arrested after members of the Napa Police Department Youth Services Division determined she was using methamphetamine in the presence of a minor and exposing that minor physically to that illegal substance, police said. 

During a consented search of Hill’s property on April 28 at 5:30 p.m., police said they found suspected concentrated cannabis and meth, police said.
