Violence, Cruelty and Threats Alleged

Arrest information from the Napa Police Department does not indicate a conviction.

A Napa man was arrested Sunday night on suspicion of domestic violence, criminal threats, cruelty to a child and battery, according to a shift activity log released early Monday by the :

On 09/25/11 about 2133 hours NPD Officers responded to a residence in the 100 block of Belvedere Ct. regarding a fight.

Upon arrival Officers learned the suspect, Ralph Sepulveda, 34 years old, of Napa, got into an argument with the victim.

During the argument, Sepulveda struck the victim in the face causing visible injury.

Sepulveda also pushed the victim’s 11 year old child but no physical injuries were sustained.

Sepulveda also made unlawful criminal threats to the victims during the argument. Sepulveda was located and placed under arrest.

Sepulveda was booked at the , according to the log.
