Two in Mustang Hurt after Series of Collisions

After hitting two other vehicles in the Westwood neighborhood, the white Ford Mustang crashed into a fence on Freeway Drive at Old Sonoma Road just before 9 p.m. Sunday. The driver was subsequently arrested for DUI, police say.

The driver and passenger of a white Ford Mustang were taken to with moderate to major injuries Sunday evening after their car ran off Old Sonoma Road and collided with fencing between Freeway Drive and Highway 29.

The City of Napa Fire Department and Napa Police Department responded to a report of the crash shortly before 9 p.m., finding only the Mustang involved in the collision.

However, Napa police officers said they discovered that the Mustang had also hit a parked minivan at Avon and Laurel Streets and another vehicle at Freeway Drive and Pine Street before crashing into the fence.
