A wind-whipped fire in the 4000 block of Jefferson Street had engulfed the entire side of a house by the time Napa firefighters and Calfire arrived just after 2 a.m. Sunday
The heat was so intense that it did moderate damage to the house next door in the 1400 block of El Centro Avenue.
