Yes, we had an earthquake last week, but if we had a major earthquake right now would you know what to do?

Would you know how to provide first aid to a loved one, rescue someone, or get drinking water? Are you ready to have your life disrupted and not have any help for 24 to 72 hours?

Napa County is offering Community Emergency Response Training to residents on April 24, 26 and 27 at Napa Valley College.

As recent disasters and emergencies have demonstrated, there will not be enough emergency responders to help everyone in a timely manner. You have to be able to take care of yourself and family. As a community, we will need to rely on each other for our immediate lifesaving and life sustaining needs.

The Napa Valley communities may be without enough emergency help for several days!
