Stranger Enters Napa Home, Molests Child, Falls Asleep, Police Say
A 21-year-old stranger found asleep in a north Napa home early Saturday allegedly committed lewd acts on a child before police were called, according to a shift activity log from the City of Napa Police Department.

Further investigation revealed that S-Monroe committed Lewd and Lascivious acts on a child prior to police arrival.
Monroe was booked at the on s, according to the police log. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
