Stranger Enters Napa Home, Molests Child, Falls Asleep, Police Say

A 21-year-old stranger found asleep in a north Napa home early Saturday allegedly committed lewd acts on a child before police were called, according to a shift activity log from the City of Napa Police Department.

 

Police arrested a 21-year-old man they say was found asleep in a home after molesting a child early Saturday morning, according to a shift activity log from the :

On 6-9-12, at approximately 0350 hours, Napa Officers responded to a report of a prowler inside a residence in the 4400 block Solano Ave.

Officers located S-Benjamin Monroe (21) sleeping on the floor of the residence. 

Residents at that location did not know S-Monroe.

Further investigation revealed that S-Monroe committed Lewd and Lascivious acts on a child prior to police arrival. 

Monroe was booked at the on s, according to the police log. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
