Store Employee Accused of Embezzling

A 23-year-old employee at was jailed Monday afternoon on suspicion of felony theft, embezzlement and violation of probation, according to a shift activity log released by the :

On 12-26-11 at approximately 1322 hours, officers were dispatched to the report of a shoplifter in custody at Home Depot located at 225 Soscol Ave.

Home Depot Loss Prevention had an employee detained for taking money from a cash register on 12-11-11.

The employee, Bibiana Adame 23 years Napa resident, made admissions to the theft.  

Adame was “booked without incident,” according to the police log.
