Stabbed Gang Member Arrested, Napa Police Say

Christopher Anguiano allegedly told officers "he was going to pay a lot of money for someone in the jail to come after them," according to an arrest summary from the City of Napa Police Department.

, who was found with stab wounds Jan. 2, was arrested early Thursday morning, according to an arrest summary from the City of Napa Police Department:

On 1/10/2013 at about 0213hrs NPD officers responded to the area of First Street/Freeway Drive for a report of a fight.

A male subject had been seen in the area with a baton or some type of unknown object in his hands.

The responsibles were last seen leaving in vehicles. An NPD officer located one of the responsible vehicles, a silver vehicle with a black stripe on F St near Marin, parked with the emergency lights on.

The rear passenger later identified as Anguiano exited the vehicle swore at the officer and refused to stop.

Anguiano was walking up the street saying he had been stabbed. He began to walk back toward the vehicle, the officer and occupants.

Anguiano is on probation in Napa County. Anguiano made threats to the officers on scene that he was going to pay a lot of money for someone in the jail to come after them.

Anguiano was kicking the interior of the patrol car trying to kick the officer in the head.

Anguiano was arrested and booked at NCDC for violation of probation and for obstructing/resisting arrest. 

Anguiano, a known gang member was treated for stab wounds Jan. 2 after he was found bleeding in the garage of a home in the 2100 block of Locust Street, police said.

Capt. Debbie Peecook called Anguiano "uncooperative" with investigators seeking to identify his attacker.

The following day, 42-year-old felon Miguel Anguiano was arrested in the same block of Locust Street, where he allegedly was concealing ammunition, police said.
