St. Helena Police Rescue Dog, Cat From Hot Car
Animals left in car while owner went wine-tasting,
A Vallejo woman may face animal endangerment charges after she allegedly left a dog and cat in her car while she went wine-tasting in St. Helena, according to the Santa Rosa Press Democrat.
According to the article, the car's windows were rolled down a few inches and therre was a bucket of water in the car for the animals. However, with temperatures Sunday at clase to 100 degrees, lots of passers-by were worried and called police, the article said.
